EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a safe and powerful modality that helps individuals heal from trauma and distressing experiences. It offers relief from the long-lasting symptoms of PTSD.
EMDR involves an eight-phase plan using eye movements to process memories, similar to how REM sleep helps us process daily events. It can transform the emotional impact of painful experiences into healthier beliefs.

OCD can be extremely disruptive to a person’s career, relationships and life goals. Exposure and Response Prevention works by gradually and intentionally exposing you to your OCD triggers (the things that cause your anxiety and obsessions). Over time you learn to prevent your usual compulsive rituals or avoidance behaviors. This process helps your brain learn that the feared outcomes won't actually happen, and your anxiety will naturally decrease over time—a process called habituation.

ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) affects the brain's ability to focus and complete tasks. Symptoms often include difficulties with impulse control, concentration, and organization. ADHD impacts about 11% of children and nearly 5% of adults in the U.S. It is a biological, brain-based disorder, not caused by factors like parenting, sugar consumption, or video games.
The first step to effectively treat ADHD is to complete a comprehensive evaluation. If you're ready to understand and manage ADHD, schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs.
*Medication prescriptions are never guaranteed and are at the discretion of your medical prescriber.
