While living in Oregon, she completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. During her time as a student, she became a registered yoga teacher and has taught for over 13 years.

Patille is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist born and raised in Pasadena. She is passionate about serving individuals across the lifespan, with an emphasis on supporting adolescents, adults, elders, creatives, and those navigating life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, and questions of meaning and purpose.
Her work is primarily with individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and greater alignment with their authentic selves. Drawing from psychodynamic, depth-oriented, and transpersonal perspectives, she creates a sacred space for clients to explore the connection between mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Patille is certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Reiki Practitioner. Tara is an associate marriage and family therapist, who helps clients gain insight and create more freedom in how they live and relate to others. She works primarily with high-functioning professionals who are curious about their inner worlds and ready to understand their patterns, improve relationships, and move toward greater clarity, meaning, and authenticity.
By using a psychodynamic psychotherapy, Tara focuses on how unconscious beliefs and early experiences shape your current life. When helpful, she also integrates cognitive behavioral therapy for practical, skills-based support.
Tara’s diverse background gives her insight into the pressures high-achieving individuals face, including perfectionism, burnout, and the search for deeper meaning. Before becoming a therapist, She earned a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Wellesley College. As a mixed-race person of Asian heritage, Tara also brings personal understanding to clients exploring identity, culture, and belonging.
